Myelofibrosis is a rare disease known as a myeloproliferative neoplasm. The bone marrow becomes scarred and cannot make enough blood cells, leading to anemia. Anemia is low number of red blood cells, causing tiredness and shortness of breath. Some people with myelofibrosis need regular transfusions of blood. In this study, researchers want to see if momelotinib given with luspatercept reduces the need for blood transfusions in these patients. Momelotinib works by blocking two proteins called JAK and ACVR1. When JAK proteins send too many signals, the body makes the wrong amount of blood cells. By blocking JAK, momelotinib may help your body make the right amount of blood cells. By targeting ACVR1, momelotinib may fight anemia. Momelotinib is taken orally (by mouth). By improving red blood cell development, luspatercept may reduce the need for blood transfusions in people with transfusion-dependent myelofibrosis. Luspatercept is given by an injection under the skin.

Researchers are comparing different treatments for triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The people in this study have TNBC that has been surgically removed.
Normally when people have B-cell lymphoma that is not in complete remission, they do not immediately have another treatment. They have observation. That means their doctor closely monitors their disease with imaging tests to see if their disease is improving or worsening. If their disease gets worse, they may receive more treatment.

The adults and children in this study have AML that keeps growing even after treatment. The new CAR T cell therapy is called CD371-CAR-IL18.
Researchers are comparing IMA203 cellular therapy with standard treatment in people with melanoma of the skin. Their melanoma is inoperable (cannot be surgically removed) or metastatic (has spread) and keeps growing despite treatment.
Many people who get chemotherapy experience a loss of their period (amenorrhea). They may have menopause-like symptoms such as insomnia, hot flashes, and anxiety. The condition also increases the risk of infertility.
