Thoracic surgeon Daniela Molena leads clinical trials to improve outcomes for people with esophageal cancers.
At any time Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is conducting hundreds of clinical trials to improve care for many types of cancer. Use the tool below to browse our clinical trials that are currently enrolling new patients. Each listing explains the purpose of the trial, the trial’s eligibility criteria, and how to get more information.
The list below includes clinical trials for adult cancers. Please visit our pediatric cancer care section to find a pediatric clinical trial.
The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational drug RP-6306 that can be used in advanced solid tumors containing certain genetic changes and which have come back or continued to grow despite prior treatment.
Researchers are assessing different doses of FT825 alone or with cetuximab to treat people with advanced solid tumors. Their tumors have high levels of the HER2 protein. Altered HER2 proteins can fuel cancer growth.
Researchers want to learn if L19IL2 and L19TNF, alone or together, work well to treat melanoma when given with pembrolizumab. The people in this study have melanoma that has metastasized (spread) or is inoperable (cannot be taken out with surgery). Their cancers keep growing even after having immune-boosting therapy.
Imatinib is a standard long-term therapy for chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Some people are able to stop taking imatinib after their CML is in remission, but sometimes it comes back and retreatment is needed. In this study, researchers want to see if adding the drug asciminib to imatinib therapy prior to a second attempt at stopping treatment will lead to prolonged treatment-free remission (no evidence of cancer after stopping therapy).
Researchers want to find the best dose of Debio 0123 that can be given with temozolomide to treat glioblastoma. Glioblastoma is a type of brain cancer. The people in this study have glioblastoma that keeps growing even after treatment.
Researchers want to find the best dose of iberdomide that can be given with elranatamab in people with multiple myeloma. The people in this study have multiple myeloma that came back or keeps growing even after treatment.
CAR T-cell therapy is a form of immunotherapy used to treat some adults with lymphoma. The treatment involves utilizing a patient's own T cells and genetically modifying them in the laboratory to recognize a protein on their cancer cells. The modified T cells, known as CAR T cells, are then returned to the patient to find and kill cancerous cells throughout the body.
Researchers want to find the best dose of LY4052031 to treat people with advanced solid tumors. The people in this study have metastatic solid tumors that came back or keep growing after treatment. In addition, their tumors make a protein called Nectin-4, which plays a role in cancer growth.
The combination of radiation therapy and chemotherapy (chemoradiation) is a standard treatment for people with HPV-positive throat cancer. HPV is human papillomavirus and can cause throat cancer. Standard chemoradiation may cause severe side effects such as mouth and gut sores, sore throat, and changes in taste.
Researchers are doing this study to see how well sotorasib gets into metastatic brain tumors. The people in this study have tumors in the brain that have spread there from other parts of the body. They are planning to have the brain metastases removed with surgery. In addition, their tumors have a mutation (change) in the KRAS gene (KRAS G12C+).
