Casdozokitug blocks an immune system protein called IL-27. By binding to and blocking IL-27, casdozokitug may help immune cells fight cancer. Toripalimab also helps the immune system fight cancer. Bevacizumab prevents the growth of new blood vessels that feed the cancer. All three drugs are given intravenously (by vein).
Researchers are seeking the best dose of safusidenib erbumine to treat glioma that came back or keeps growing after treatment. The people in this study have glioma with a mutation (change or variant) in a gene called IDH1. Many gliomas have IDH1 mutations, which help cancer cells survive and grow.
Prostate cancers initially need the male hormone testosterone for growth. Hormone therapies that lower the level of testosterone are among the best treatments for prostate cancers that have metastasized (spread). The benefits of hormone treatments do not last, however. Over time, many prostate cancers keep growing even with hormonal therapies. These are called castration-resistant prostate cancers (CRPC).
Researchers want to see how much the drug trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) can get into brain tumors. The people in this study have glioblastoma or cancer that spread to the brain from other parts of the body. They are scheduled to have brain tumor surgery. In addition, their tumors express (make) a protein called HER2, which boosts cancer cell growth. Researchers want to know if T-DXd may be an effective treatment for brain cancers that express the HER2 protein.
In this study, researchers are finding the highest dose of MQ710 to use safely in people with certain types of advanced cancer. The people in this study have solid tumors that came back or grew even after treatment. In a later part of the study, the researchers will assess MQ710 plus another drug called pembrolizumab.
Researchers are studying how casdatifan, alone or with zimberelimab, works in people with kidney cancer. The people in this study have clear cell renal cell carcinoma. Their cancers have metastasized (spread) or are inoperable (cannot be taken out with surgery).
Researchers want to find the best doses of MOMA-313 alone and with olaparib in people with cancer. The people in this study have advanced castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) or pancreatic cancer. CRPC is prostate cancer that has spread and keeps growing even in the absence of hormones. Their cancers also have a genetic change called HR deficiency.
Researchers want to see if ASTX727 is practical and safe for people with high-risk clonal cytopenia of undetermined significance (CCUS). With CCUS, there is a mutation (change) in one or more of the genes that help blood cells develop. People with CCUS have low levels of certain kinds of blood cells. CCUS can lead to precancerous conditions such as myelodysplastic syndrome or blood cancers such as acute myeloid leukemia.
The purpose of this study is to find the best dose of ABBV-383 to treat AL amyloidosis. The people in this study have AL amyloidosis that came back or does not get better with treatment.
