This clinical trial explores a novel approach to treating mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). Researchers are integrating targeted agents into standard induction and maintenance chemoimmunotherapy. The people in this study have MCL that has not yet been treated.
Researchers are assessing the combination of sacituzumab govitecan and cetuximab for treating head and neck cancer. The people in this study have squamous cell cancer of the head and neck. Their cancer came back or spread after prior treatment.
Prostate cancers initially need the male hormone testosterone for growth. Hormone therapies that lower the level of testosterone are among the best treatments for prostate cancers that have metastasized (spread). The benefits of hormone treatments often do not last, however. Over time, many prostate cancers keep growing even with hormonal therapies. These are called castration-resistant prostate cancers (CRPC).
The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational immunotherapy drug TJ033721 that can be given safely in people with advanced cancers of the pancreas, esophagus, stomach, or junction between the esophagus and stomach. TJ033721 is an antibody that binds to Claudin 18.2, a protein expressed on some cancers cells, and to 4-1BB, a protein found on immune cells. TJ033721 may strengthen the immune system's ability to fight cancer cells by activating a patient's own cells to destroy the tumor. It is given intravenously (by vein).

In this study, researchers want to learn if tigilanol tiglate is safe and works well against advanced soft tissue sarcoma. When injected into a tumor, tigilanol tiglate stops the blood supply to the cancer, which starves the tumor of nutrients. It may also make the immune system target and kill cancer cells.

Plasmablastic lymphoma is a type of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). The purpose of this study is to determine if adding daratumumab to a standard chemotherapy regimen (DA-EPOCH) is a safe way to increase the effectiveness of treatment in people with plasmablastic lymphoma.
Researchers want to find the best dose of INCA033989 to use in people with myelofibrosis (MF) and essential thrombocytopenia (ET). These diseases are called myeloproliferative neoplasms. The people in this study have myeloproliferative neoplasms that came back or keep growing even after treatment. In addition, their cancers have a mutation (change or variant) in the CALR exon-9 gene.
