Prostate cancers initially need the male hormone testosterone for growth. Hormone therapies that lower the level of testosterone are among the best treatments for prostate cancers that have metastasized (spread). The benefits of hormone treatments do not last, however. Over time, many prostate cancers keep growing even with hormonal therapies. These are called metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancers (mCRPC).

Cancer that has spread from a solid tumor to the membranes lining the brain and spinal cord (leptomeninges) is called "leptomeningeal metastasis." Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is located between the leptomeninges, in a place called the "intrathecal space." Cancer cells within the CSF rely on iron for growth and survival. Researchers think that the study drug, deferoxamine (DFO), may be an effective treatment for leptomeningeal metastases because it helps remove iron from the body (including the CSF).
After a stem cell transplant, some patients develop a condition called graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). This occurs when the donor's healthy immune cells see the recipient's normal cells as foreign and begin to attack them.

The people in this study are children and young adults getting CAR T-cell therapy for B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). Their cancer has come back or keeps growing despite treatment. They will be getting a CAR T-cell therapy called tisagenlecleucel (Kymriah).
Researchers want to find the best dose of AZD0305 to use in people with multiple myeloma. The people in this study have multiple myeloma that came back or keeps growing after treatment. AZD0305 is given intravenously (by vein).
Researchers want to find the best dose of LY4066434 when given alone and with other drugs to treat solid tumors. The people in this study have cancer that has spread (advanced) or cannot be removed with surgery (inoperable). These include colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), pancreatic cancer, and other solid tumors.
Researchers want to see if tumor-treating fields (TTFields) are safe and practical for people with lung adenocarcinoma before surgery. Lung adenocarcinoma is a type of lung cancer. If you join this study, you will get treatment with TTFields for up to 3 weeks before lung cancer surgery.
