I am a neuroradiologist who firmly believes that as a physician, my duty to my patients is of the utmost importance. At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), I combine clinical care, research to drive advances impacting diagnosis and treatment, and education — training the next generation of healthcare professionals — to carry out this duty.

I interpret all imaging modalities, including computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and X-ray, for neuroimaging patient studies here at MSK. Additionally, I perform some neuro-interventional procedures, such as diagnostic lumbar puncture and therapeutic lumbar puncture (with intrathecal administration of chemotherapy agents and myelograms). I also provide consultations, exercising diligence and attention to detail while setting the highest standards for myself to provide the best quality care to our patients.
My research is informed by my background in biomedical engineering and radiology. I draw upon this knowledge to drive innovation in the field of medicine. The intersection of the two fields allows me to be creative and innovative in solving complex problems, with the overall goal of improving patient care. I collaborate with an interdisciplinary group of expert physicians to conduct research that has the power to do just that. Recently, I have been interested in advanced MRI perfusion imaging and am studying its role in characterizing metastatic spine pathologies, obtaining prognostic information about post-treatment outcomes, and detecting who is not responding to therapy early during treatment.
I am also actively involved in training and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows. Throughout my career so far, I have striven for excellence in clinical care, research, and education. I have also gained substantive experience in the various leadership positions that I have held, including serving as chief resident. As a neuroradiologist at MSK, I continue to use my knowledge and skills in oncologic neuroimaging to deliver the highest quality of care.
