About Me

I am a pediatric intensivist, which means that I specialize in the care of critically ill children. I have specific experience in caring for children who have cancer, especially when they become seriously ill. My areas of expertise include respiratory failure, shock, and neurologic emergencies.
My research focus is on pediatric delirium. Delirium is an acute change in thinking and awareness due to underlying illness; children with cancer are at risk. By detecting and treating delirium, we can improve the care we provide to pediatric patients at Memorial Sloan Kettering.

Most major health insurers offer plans that include MSK as one of their in-network providers. If MSK is in-network, it means all our doctors are too. Medicaid and New York State Medicare also provide benefits for care at MSK.
