Get to Know Me

I’m a medical oncologist and hematologist who cares for people with multiple myeloma and other plasma cell disorders such as AL amyloidosis.

I’m specially trained in stem cell transplantation and cellular therapy approaches to treating people with multiple myeloma. I partner with patients and their families at every step of their cancer treatment journey. We work together to develop a treatment plan that reflects each person’s needs and goals.

I see patients at Memorial Hospital, the main hospital at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) and the David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care at MSK in New York City. I also see patients at MSK Nassau on Long Island.

My research focuses on clinical trials and translational studies that study the latest immunotherapies for multiple myeloma. This includes CAR T cell therapy and bispecific antibodies that use your body’s own immune system to fight cancer cells.

I have a special interest in improving the safety and efficacy of these therapies. I also focus on new treatment approaches for patients with multiple myeloma.

What I Do at MSK

I'm a bone marrow transplant specialist, which is a doctor with special training in bone marrow transplants.

A cellular therapy specialist is a doctor with special training in using cell therapies to treat health conditions such as cancer. Therapies can include chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy.
