I am a medical oncologist who specializes in the care of patients with breast and gynecological cancers. Along with my colleagues in surgical and radiation oncology, with whom I work closely, I take pride in providing our patients with the best state-of-the-art cancer care involving several disciplines of management. In addition, we offer our patients access to clinical trials of newer therapeutic agents and an excellent support system comprised of caring nurses, social workers, and a nutritionist. Together, we all strive to help our patients get through this very difficult time in their lives.
I am actively involved in research and am a lead author on a phase II clinical trial for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer. In addition, I have authored several textbook chapters and articles published in peer-reviewed journals.
