About Me

I am a clinical and research neuroradiologist focusing on brain, spine, and head and neck disease. I also have subspecialty training in neuro-oncology, body imaging and nuclear-oncology.
In my practice, I perform neuro-interventional procedures, such as image-guided lumbar punctures, intrathecal chemotherapy, and myelography. I contribute my experience and expertise to the disease management teams at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), where I provide accurate and efficient information on cancer screening, initial diagnosis, post-therapy follow-up, and guidance. When making therapeutic recommendations for patients, I collaborate with surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and other specialists.

I am currently working on research projects mainly focusing on head and neck imaging, advanced imaging techniques of spinal neoplasms, and pediatric neuroradiology. As the role of artificial intelligence (AI) continues to expand in healthcare, I am also working on AI methods to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of radiographic imaging techniques.
Since I was a child, I’ve known that I wanted to find a way to combine doing what I love with doing something meaningful. Now that I’m a neuroradiologist in the oncology field, I realize that I have actualized my dreams by helping millions of people with cancer. As a faculty member at MSK, my career goal is to continue academic growth and professional development in clinical care, research, teaching, and radiology informatics. To me, MSK stands for a never-ending quest for better and more innovative approaches to the treatment — and ultimately eradication — of cancer.
A neuroradiologist (NOOR-oh-RAY-dee-AH-loh-jist) is a doctor with special training in images of the nervous system (brain, head, neck, and spine).
