Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center’s Molecular Imaging and Therapy Service sponsors an accredited three-year clinical residency program and two non-ACGME programs: a one-year fellowship training program and a two-year clinical/research fellowship. The goal of the aforementioned programs is to provide the training, resources, and experience needed to thrive in nuclear medicine and oncologic imaging.

We train leaders in the field of molecular imaging who are setting new standards in patient care and scientific investigation. Our unparalleled caseload and collegial, comfortable, state-of-the-art facility make our program highly competitive. The in-training activities are designed to include new research findings, clinical knowledge, and treatment modalities and their applications to various types of cancer and allied diseases. Training focuses on excellence in clinical care, research, and teaching while fostering the individual interests and talents of trainees.

We are committed to reassessing the effectiveness of our training program on an ongoing basis to ensure that its goals are being met.
