How to Get Your Medical Records at MSK

Overview

Here’s how to get your medical records:

Records from 2020 to now:  

You can view these in MSK MyChart. 

  1. Log in to your MSK MyChart account here: MSKMyChart.mskcc.org 
  2. Select ☰ Your Menu at the top left. 
  3. From here, you have 2 options: 
  • To view specific parts of your medical record (such as test results, visits, medicines, and forms), scroll down or search for My Record
  • To download or request a formal copy of your medical record, scroll down or search for Sharing Hub

Records from before 2020 (or a formal copy from any year):  

You have 3 options:  

After you submit your request, please wait at least 10 business days before asking for an update.

How to get your radiology images:

  1. Follow the steps above to get to Sharing Hub
  2. Select Yourself
  3. Select Request a formal copy
  4. From the drop-down list, choose Radiology Imaging (Radiology Exams) Department
  5. Fill out the fields and select Continue
  6. Review the next page. If everything looks correct, check the box for “I agree” and then select Send request
