Completed applications (including the $100 application fee, health statement, and dean’s letter) must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the start of the elective. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. In addition, submission of a fully completed application does not guarantee a student’s acceptance for an elective. Decisions will be sent via email.
