Lawrence Lupkin is Director, Operations and Finance, for Technology Development and Clinical Research Administration. He supervises a team of five staffers in OTD. 

Lawrence joined OTD in 2012, with responsibilities for Operations and Finance. His responsibilities expanded to include Clinical Research Administration O&F in 2016.  

Earlier, Lawrence served as Manager, Administration, Finance, and Information Systems for the Center of Comparative Medicine and Pathology, a joint facility of Memorial Sloan Kettering and Weill Cornell Medical College. Previously, he was a Senior Analyst, Managed Care Services, at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York; a Project Assistant at NYU School of Medicine; and Vice President of Operations of Lamitech, Inc.

Lawrence received his MPA, with a specialization in healthcare policy and administration, from New York University in 2008 and a bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Pennsylvania.
