Steven Dominguez Jr. joined the Office of Technology Development in January 2013. He is the Patent Operations and Compliance Coordinator and a member of OTD’s Operations and Finance Unit.
Steven received a BA degree in history from Queens College, CUNY in 2011. He began working in OTD in August 2012 on a contingent basis, providing administrative support to the Office’s Senior Manager of the Contracts unit and the team of licensing managers.
