In consideration of the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, Memorial Sloan Kettering has updated its guidelines for vendors.
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (“MSKCC”) is committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients and conducting our business with integrity and in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. In accordance with the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (“DRA”), we are required to provide our vendors and contractors detailed information on the federal and state False Claims Acts and MSKCC’s policies regarding how we prevent and detect waste, fraud and abuse.
A letter to our vendors, our DRA policy and a list of the relevant federal and state fraud and abuse laws can be accessed through the links below. The letter and the policy have also been distributed in a mailing to our vendors.
If you have questions about this policy or have any concerns about the work you do for MSKCC, please contact the Compliance Officer at 646-227-2617.
