The laboratory of Jonathan Peled is seeking a highly motivated and successful individual with a background in microbiology/microbiome, immunology, and/or prior experience or interest in computational/bioinformatics approaches. The lab focuses on investigating how the gut microbiome interacts with the host immune system in the context of cancer immunotherapy and allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation. This includes investigations in mouse models, with cultivated commensal organisms, and human biospecimens.
