I joined Memorial Sloan Kettering in 1998 as a nurse practitioner on the Hematology Service, caring for patients with lymphoma and Hodgkin’s disease receiving chemotherapy. In 2011 the service included the medical management of patients with multiple myeloma. As a nurse practitioner I work closely with the multidisciplinary medical team and manage all aspects of care for the hospitalized patient, from admissions to chemotherapy orders, symptom management, and evaluation of laboratory and radiological testing.

Prior to joining Memorial Sloan Kettering, my expertise was in caring for oncology and cardiothoracic ICU patients — experience that has helped me tremendously in caring for our patients with complex multi-system medical problems.
