In this study, researchers are finding the highest dose of MQ710 to use safely in people with certain types of advanced cancer. The people in this study have solid tumors that came back or grew even after treatment. In a later part of the study, the researchers will assess MQ710 plus another drug called pembrolizumab.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of the investigational drug MORAb-202 in people with endometrial or ovarian cancer. MORAb-202 targets a protein called FRA on cancer cells and delivers eribulin (a chemotherapy drug) directly to these cells, which may slow or stop cancer growth. MORAb-202 is given intravenously (by vein).
Researchers want to see how well a new combination of drugs works to treat low-grade serous ovarian cancer. The drugs are avutometinib, defactinib, and letrozole. The people in this study have ovarian cancer that cannot be completely removed with surgery.
Researchers want to see if adding IMNN-001 to standard treatment works well against advanced gynecologic cancers. The people in this study have newly diagnosed ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancers.
Inotuzumab ozogamicin is a drug used to treat adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that has come back or continued to grow despite prior therapy. In this study, researchers are evaluating its use in children and young adults with recurrent or persistent B-cell ALL.

Doctors routinely use intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) after surgery to treat squamous cell carcinoma (cancer) of the tongue. IMRT delivers radiation directly to cancer cells from different angles by changing the radiation beam into multiple smaller beams. By targeting the tumor more precisely, IMRT reduces radiation damage to healthy tissue.
Researchers want to see if the herbal supplement Ma-Zi-Ren-Wan (MZRW) helps relieve chronic constipation in survivors of cancer. They will also see how MZRW affects the gut microbiome.

Researchers want to find the best doses of MOMA-313 alone and with olaparib in people with cancer. The people in this study have advanced castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) or pancreatic cancer. CRPC is prostate cancer that has spread and keeps growing even in the absence of hormones. Their cancers also have a genetic change called HR deficiency.
