Researchers want to see how well the combination of obinutuzumab, sonrotoclax, and zanubrutinib works against leukemia and lymphoma. The people in this study have chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) that has not been treated.
Prostate cancers initially need the male hormone testosterone for growth. Hormone therapies that lower the level of testosterone are among the best treatments for prostate cancers that have metastasized (spread). The benefits of hormone treatments do not last, however. Over time, many prostate cancers keep growing even with hormonal therapies. These are called castration-resistant prostate cancers (CRPC).
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of combination therapy with zanubrutinib, obinutuzumab, and venetoclax in patients newly diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic leukemia (SLL).
The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational immunotherapy 2141-V11 that can be given safely in people with bladder cancer that has not invaded the bladder muscle wall, has come back after BCG therapy, and will not be surgically removed. The drug 2141-V11 attaches to a protein on immune cells and activates the immune system to find and kill bladder cancer cells. It is given directly into the bladder through a catheter (flexible tube).
The purpose of this study is to see how well zipalertinib works to treat advanced lung cancer. The people in this study have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread. The cancer also has a mutation (change) in the EGFR gene. When people have an EGFR mutation, the EGFR protein on their cells can trigger cancer growth.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of the investigational drug repotrectinib in children and young adults with solid tumors that have continued to grow or spread despite treatment. Repotrectinib works by targeting and blocking certain proteins that play a role in cancer growth. Some of these proteins are controlled by the ALK, ROS1, NTRK1, NTRK2, and NTRK3 genes. Researchers also think that combining repotrectinib with the chemotherapy drugs irinotecan and temozolomide may make the treatment more effective.
Researchers want to find the best dose of AZD0754 for people with prostate cancer. The patients in this study have prostate cancer that has metastasized (spread).
Leiomyosarcoma is a type of cancer that forms in smooth muscle. Researchers want to see if adding ADI-PEG 20 to the usual chemotherapy for leiomyosarcoma works better than chemotherapy alone. The people in this study have leiomyosarcoma that keeps growing despite treatment.
Researchers want to see if giving additional radiation therapy to standard treatment helps people with lung cancer to live longer. The people in this study have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that cannot be removed with surgery (inoperable cancer). The standard treatment includes image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT), chemotherapy, and immunotherapy with durvalumab. 
Researchers want to see how well selinexor works in people with Wilms' tumor and other solid tumors. The people in this study are children and adults with tumors that depend on a protein called XPO1. XPO1 helps cancer cells grow by getting rid of proteins that can cause those cells to die (tumor suppressor proteins).
