Thoracic surgeon Daniela Molena leads clinical trials to improve outcomes for people with esophageal cancers.
At any time Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is conducting hundreds of clinical trials to improve care for many types of cancer. Use the tool below to browse our clinical trials that are currently enrolling new patients. Each listing explains the purpose of the trial, the trial’s eligibility criteria, and how to get more information.

The purpose of this study is to find the best dose of AZD0120 to treat AL amyloidosis. The people in this study have AL amyloidosis that came back or does not get better with treatment.
Casdozokitug blocks an immune system protein called IL-27. By binding to and blocking IL-27, casdozokitug may help immune cells fight cancer. Toripalimab also helps the immune system fight cancer. Bevacizumab prevents the growth of new blood vessels that feed the cancer. All three drugs are given intravenously (by vein).

Researchers want to see how well reparixin works against myelofibrosis. This disease is a rare bone marrow cancer that disrupts your body's normal blood cell production.
The purpose of this research study is to understand more about smoldering multiple myeloma (SMM). SMM is multiple myeloma that is not yet causing symptoms. It is usually not treated unless it causes symptoms.
Researchers are assessing different doses of CHS-114 when combined with toripalimab in people with advanced digestive cancers. The people in this study have digestive cancers that have metastasized (spread) or are inoperable (cannot be surgically removed). These cancers include:
The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational drug BCA101 that can be given safely alone and in combination with the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab in patients with advanced lung cancer that cannot be cured with standard treatments. BCA101 is an antibody that targets two proteins involved in cancer growth called EGFR and TGF-beta. By blocking these proteins, BCA101 may interfere with the signals that spur cancer growth.
In this study, researchers are comparing a combination of two new drugs with standard treatment for ovarian cancer. The two drugs are avutometinib and defactinib. The people in this study have low-grade serous ovarian cancer that came back after treatment.
Researchers are seeking the best dose of cirtuvivint to use alone and with ASTX727 for leukemia and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). The people in this study have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or MDS that keeps growing after treatment.
Researchers in this study are comparing two different treatments for hairy cell leukemia. The people in this study have hairy cell leukemia that has not yet been treated. In addition, their leukemia has a genetic mutation (change) called BRAF V600E.
