Chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) is a condition in which healthy transplanted stem cells attack the recipient's healthy cells. cGVHD most often happens more than 100 days after a stem cell transplant, but it can happen at any time.
Researchers want to see how well selinexor works in people with Wilms' tumor and other solid tumors. The people in this study are children and adults with tumors that depend on a protein called XPO1. XPO1 helps cancer cells grow by getting rid of proteins that can cause those cells to die (tumor suppressor proteins).

Researchers are assessing the use of cobimetinib to treat Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) and other histiocytic disorders. Histiocytic disorders are diseases caused by the abnormal function or buildup of immune cells called histiocytes. Cobimetinib works by blocking the activity of a protein called MEK. This protein leads to the abnormal growth and development of histiocytosis cells.
Cancer and its treatment may affect sexual and reproductive health. The purpose of this study is to evaluate sexual and reproductive health over several years among women age 50 and younger newly diagnosed with breast cancer or lymphoma.
The purpose of this study is to compare three types of support for parents who have experienced the death of a child due to cancer. The study team will assess how these different types of support affect participants' grief and depression symptoms. The three types of support parents may receive are called Meaning-Centered Grief Therapy, Supportive Counseling, and Enhanced Usual Care.
