Researchers want to see if bulumtatug fuvedotin works well against breast cancer. The people in this study have triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) that came back or spread after treatment. 
The purpose of this study is to see if the combination of fianlimab, cemiplimab, and ipilimumab works well against melanoma. The people in this study have melanoma that is inoperable (cannot be taken out with surgery) or metastatic (spread). In addition, their cancer keeps growing even after treatment that included immunotherapy.
The purpose of this study is to assess OBX-115 cellular therapy for people with advanced melanoma or lung cancer. The people in this study have melanoma or non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Their cancers have metastasized (spread) or are inoperable (cannot be taken out with surgery) and keep growing even after treatment.
Researchers are assessing the use of multiple medications given before surgery to treat esophagogastric cancers. The people in this study have esophagus, stomach, or gastro-esophageal junction cancers that can be taken out (operable). In addition, their cancers make a protein called HER2.
The standard treatment for high-risk locally advanced cervical cancer is chemoradiation followed by maintenance therapy. Locally advanced means the cervical cancer has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes. In this study, researchers want to see if adding induction therapy before chemoradiation is more effective than standard therapy.
Researchers want to find the highest dose of HRO761 to use in people with advanced solid tumors. The people in this study have solid tumors that have metastasized (spread). In addition, their cancers are mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) or microsatellite unstable (MSI-high). This means their cancer cells are less able to correct mistakes in their DNA.
Mycosis fungoides (MF) is a disease in which lymphocytes (a type of white blood cell) become cancerous and affect the skin, causing "cutaneous T-cell lymphoma." Lymphomatoid papulosis (LyP) is a rare and similar disorder that causes lymphoma-like skin lesions.
The purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility of a new approach to treat people with T4 breast cancer who have already received chemotherapy. T4 breast cancer occurs when the cancer has grown beyond normal breast tissue and into the chest wall or skin or has become swollen and causes pain. Doctors normally treat T4 breast cancer with chemotherapy followed by mastectomy and removal of underarm (axillary) lymph nodes. After mastectomy, patients normally receive radiation therapy and then have breast reconstruction surgery many months to years after completing radiotherapy.
Researchers want to find the best dose of 225Ac-ABD147 to treat advanced lung cancer. The people in this study have small cell lung cancer (SCLC) or large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the lung (LCNEC). Their cancer keeps growing even after treatment that included platinum-based chemotherapy.
Many cancer survivors suffer from anxiety. Anxiety may involve feelings of restlessness, muscle tension, and worry. Anxiety has also been linked to poor sleep, depressed mood, and tiredness. Researchers are doing this study to see how music therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy may be able to reduce anxiety and these other symptoms. Both music therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy are routinely used to treat anxiety.
