Colleen Graham

Nurse Practitioner
Colleen Graham

I am a nurse practitioner (NP) who cares for people with bladder cancer, kidney cancer, and prostate cancer. I see patients at the Sidney Kimmel Center for Prostate and Urologic Cancers and the David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

I work closely with patients throughout their cancer care journey. During your first visit, I conduct a thorough review of your medical history and necessary information for your referral. With the attending physician, I build a personalized plan that meets your needs from the very start.

I order blood tests and imaging to help monitor your condition over time, and I go over all results with you carefully explaining what they mean and answering any questions you may have. I also prescribe medications as needed to support your treatment and quality of life.

I work alongside your team of surgeons, fellows, residents, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nurses to make sure you receive comprehensive, coordinated care. My goal is that you leave every visit feeling informed, supported, and confident in your care plan.

In addition to providing direct care to patients, I am a committee lead on the APP Governing Council for Recognition and Recruitment which aims to celebrate and highlight the work as well as achievements of my fellow nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

When I am not working, I enjoy traveling the world and spending as much time with friends and family as possible.
