Get to Know Me
I am a radiologist who specializes in diagnostic and interventional radiology. I am part of the colorectal disease management team at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), and I specialize in procedures related to the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer. I particularly focus on colorectal cancer that has metastasized, or spread, to the liver.
I see patients at Memorial Hospital and the David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Manhattan, and MSK Basking Ridge and MSK Monmouth in New Jersey. I am experienced in minimally invasive endovascular procedures which use catheters and small incisions to diagnose and treat conditions affecting blood vessels.
I spent several years leading the Radiology Department at multiple sites as a senior officer in the US Army. After my active-duty service, I completed fellowship training in interventional radiology and joined Maimonides Medical Center as a staff interventional radiologist. During my last two years, I served as the section chief.
I Joined MSK in December 2024 and look forward to a long and fulfilling career with the interventional radiology team. I am fluent in Russian. When I am not working, I am busy raising my young girls with my wife. I am an avid collector and builder of LEGO sets.
I'm a radiologist, which is a doctor with special training in using imaging to diagnose and treat disease. Imaging includes X-rays, sonography, ultrasound (US), computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
