I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice and have been with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) since 2023. Before MSK, I worked with patients who experienced traumatic brain injury and their families at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Then, I transitioned to Cohen Children’s Medical Center, where I supported and counseled children and young adults with cancer, caregivers, and those who lost loved ones. I also facilitated caregiver support groups in English and Spanish.
I have a special interest in providing care to patients and families in their primary languages and within a culturally-humble lens to ensure that the whole patient and family system is supported during their cancer journey. At Memorial Sloan Kettering Nassau, I work with patients being cared for by our blood cancer, gastrointestinal oncology, head and neck oncology, thoracic oncology, and neuro-oncology, services.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and learning about different cultures.
