I’m the Senior Director and the Associate Medical Director of the Ralph Lauren Center at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK). In his role, I manage clinical operations ensuring health equity and cancer screening in underserved communities.
With nearly 3 decades of healthcare experience, I joined MSK in 2005, working in the Male Sexual and Reproductive Medicine Program, where I provided medical management for sexual dysfunction after cancer treatment. I am a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion building, and have worked within the LGBTQI+ community in the past.
I have served as the inaugural Chair of MSK’s Nurse Practitioner Council and founded MSK’s Alliance Advanced Practice Provider Oncology Symposium in 2019 where I served as co-director. I currently serve as Co-chair of our LGBTQI+ Clinical Advisory Committee.
I am a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American College of Health Care Executives, the International Society of Sexual Medicine, and the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, where I am one of the first nurse practitioners elected as a Fellow member. I am on the Board of Trustees at Manhattanville University and serve as Vice-chair of the Board’s Student Affairs Committee.
