Explore MSK Housing Eligibility

MSK offers housing to four groups within our community: clinical and research faculty, professional staff, clinical and research trainees, and students. Each group has its own set of eligibility criteria and application process. Eligibility to license an apartment is limited to specific, full-time staff as their sole primary residence. Fully remote employees are not eligible.

Please note that due to limited inventory and high demand, not all eligible applicants are granted housing. We strongly recommend that even those eligible for MSK housing begin their search early and continue to pursue options on the open market while pending an MSK housing decision.

Use the links below to explore each group and determine if you are eligible to apply.
