I have a strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) , as well as extensive training in meaning-centered psychotherapy and interpersonal psychotherapy. As an integrative psychologist, I blend different therapeutic styles and techniques to personalize treatment in response to patient needs. Above all, I focus on creating a safe, warm, and respectful environment where patients and their loved ones feel well cared for and comfortable.
