I joined Memorial Sloan in September 2008 as a registered respiratory therapist and have over 5 years of critical care experience. In November 2013 I completed my Masters in physician assistant studies at Long Island University Brooklyn and joined the Pulmonary Medicine department in June 2014. As a physician assistant in the pulmonary department, I work collaboratively with my attendings to diagnose and treat many pulmonary diseases associated with patients who are immunocompromised by cancer and bone marrow transplant in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. I also perform pleural procedures such as thoracentesis to manage pleural diseases in our patients. My area of interest includes lung physiology, ventilator management, pulmonary hygiene modalities, and pulmonary diseases in the immunocompromised host.
