Etson Barthelus is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Montclair State University. He is planning to pursue a PsyD in order to open a mental health clinic to help address the disparity in underserved communities. He is a Clinical Research Coordinator on Dr. Hamilton’s study, “Prospective trial of a linguistically and culturally appropriate mainstreaming model for hereditary cancer multigene panel testing among diverse cancer patients.” Etson loves learning about different cultures, so every year, he plans to travel to at least one different country (fun fact, he once took a mud bath with an elephant in Thailand). In his spare time, he loves to play basketball and soccer. However, when the weather gets colder, he prefers playing video games or reading a good book.
