Phil is the Clinical Research Supervisor for the Behavioral Sciences Service in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. As part of the Genomics, Risk, and Health Decision-Making Laboratory he supports and oversees the CRC staff under the research portfolios of Drs. Hay and Hamilton. Phil received his BA in Biology at Middlebury College and has research experience in community and clinic-based trials. Phil’s primary research interests include addressing health disparities in underserved populations and working to improve health outcomes. Outside of work Phil enjoys working out, cooking and trying new foods, and everything Marvel.
