Malwina Lewicka completed her PhD in Social and Health Psychology at Stony Brook University. She is interested in examining the role of individual-level variables such as expectations or beliefs in impacting health intervention engagement and outcomes. Her other line of work focuses on improving methods and processes related to the design, development and optimization of digital health interventions, and applying this knowledge to improve intervention suitability, acceptability and feasibility. Malwina is currently a postdoctoral fellow in the Runway Startup Postdoc Program at Cornell Tech, based at the Jacobs Technion-Cornell Institute. Malwina was previously a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Psycho-Oncology under the mentorship of Dr. Hay and Dr. Hamilton.
