I started my career at Mount Sinai Hospital in 2012 as a registered nurse serving a medical/surgical oncology floor, as well as an outpatient chemotherapy infusion center. When I obtained my masters, I worked as a nurse practitioner in outpatient surgery, but I missed oncology and transferred to a position as an inpatient provider on the Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Service. I transferred to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) in 2017, where I was involved with multiple inpatient hospital medicine services, primarily with our Gynecologic Medical Oncology team, but also with our Head & Neck, Melanoma, Sarcoma, Thoracic, and BMT groups. In 2019, I transitioned to my current role in Early Drug Development in Phase 1 and Phase 2 Clinical Trials. I am passionate about finding new treatments for cancer, and I love being a part of the cutting-edge science at MSK; I believe that this department is the most exciting one at MSK (aside from Caring Canines, of course!) I am also a four-time winner of MSK’s screensaver contest, a quarterly contest in which employees submit their best seasonal photography to be featured as screensavers on the computers used at MSK and potentially used decoratively throughout the institution.
