I am a board-certified adult-geriatric nurse practitioner. In 2014, I joined Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center’s (MSK’s) Geriatrics Service. As part of my role, I help older adults with cancer prepare for treatment by performing comprehensive geriatric assessments (CGAs). These evaluations act as screening tools that help us understand what types of treatment are most appropriate for each individual based on personal factors.
Beyond CGAs, I have expertise in the medical management of people with geriatric syndromes, such as falls, frailty, and cognitive impairment. We also determine what the patients baseline functional status is, to determine what interventions will help return the patient back to this baseline through their care journey.
As a member of the Geriatric Service and an advanced practice provider (APP), I have also been involved in educational efforts and research projects over the years, including:

In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, hiking, and spending time with family.
