The 2021 Postdoc Slam Group

The MSK Postdoc Slam - modeled on the UCSF Postdoc Slam and the Tri-I Three Minute Thesis Competition for graduate students— is designed to provide an opportunity for postdocs to present a compelling presentation of their research in three minutes or less, using language that not only their peers but also non-specialists will understand. The competition does not intend to dumb-down or trivialize scientific findings but is designed to challenge postdocs to present their ideas and the significance of their findings in an accessible way for lay audiences.
