Max Levine is a Senior Computational Biologist in Elli Papaemmanouil’s lab. He holds a combined BS/MS degree in bioinformatics and computational biology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Max started as an intern in Dr. Papaemmanouil’s lab and now works full-time at MSK, where he specializes in analyzing genomics data and designing pipeline tools to facilitate analyses. Max has lead development for the Expanded Genomics program, which adds the value of whole transcriptome and whole-genome analysis to the Pediatrics Translational Medicine Program (PTMP). He has a passion for developing and bringing the latest and greatest in genomics to Pediatrics.
