The health and safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. As MSK continues to prepare for the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, all in-person Integrative Medicine group activities will continue through our new membership program. 
 
As the situation continues to unfold, we may adjust our timeline. In the meantime, we are still offering select private sessions for interested patients.

Staying active during and after cancer treatment can play an important role in your recovery. Activities including strength training, Pilates, yoga, and meditation can prevent and reverse physical side effects such as fatigue, muscle weakness and bone density loss, and achieve long term wellness goals.
