Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center has developed survivorship clinics that provide care to adult and pediatric patients who have completed cancer treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering.

  • Pediatric Survivorship Program
For children who have been out of treatment for approximately two years, our Long-Term Follow-Up Program develops a healthcare plan for detecting and managing potential late side effects, supporting childhood cancer survivors in living healthy lives.
  • Adult Long-Term Follow-Up Program
For adults who have survived a childhood cancer, our Adult Long-Term Follow-Up Program provides information about staying healthy, referrals to appropriate medical specialists, and resources for coping with concerns about continuing healthcare needs.
