
Current Research Interest
Caroline’s current research collaborations focus on supporting research related to the MSK SPORE for Genomic Instability in Breast Cancer. She is a collaborator in the InterMEL Program, which is an international consortium with the goal to identify genomic features of tumor cells that are associated with survival in patients with early-stage melanoma. She has also collaborated on projects in Radiation Oncology, Lymphoma, Melanoma, Pediatrics, and Dental Surgery. Her main interest lies in the analysis of high dimensional genomics data.
