Current Research Interest

Hannah is interested in topics relating to the quality-of-care cancer patients receive, how genetics impact cancer risk/survival, and comprehensive surveillance datasets. Prior to working at MSK, she focused on SEER incidence and cancer mortality rates/ trends nationally, and now uses this knowledge to assist on projects using SEER-Medicare datasets. She is also part of the Statistical Coordinating Center for AACR Project GENIE BPC which strives to link clinical and genetic data from several institutions to be made available for biopharmaceutical companies and researchers.  Hannah also has an interest in R package development and works with others in the department on the {gnomeR} and {genieBPC} packages.
