Current Research Interest 

Jasme primarily collaborates with clinicians in the Anesthesiology and Critical Care service with Dr. Kay See Tan, in Exercise Oncology service with Dr. Chaya Moskowitz, and in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) with Dr. Sean Devlin. She is part of the Biostatistics Team supporting the planning and data quality assurance of an institution-wide effort to build a comprehensive research database from augmenting genomic data with curated clinical data. She also works with Drs Ronglai Shen and Kathy Panageas on Immunotherapy research: currently the team is building an automated gating pipeline for flow cytometry analysis to alleviate the bottleneck experienced in the traditionally manual process.
