Significance Cut-offs for Two-Stage Association Studies

This is a collection of R functions to calculate the significance cut-offs to be used in Stages 1 and 2 of the two-stage design for population-based association studies. The file significance.r is an ASCII text file. The theoretical details are provided in “Optimal two-stage genotyping in population-based association studies” by Satagopan and Elston, Genetic Epidemiology 25: 149-157 (2003).
