There are a few ways to pay your bill at MSK. How you pay depends on when you received care. Choose the section below that applies to you.
For care received on or before January 31, 2025
You will get paper statements in the mail, even if you did not get paper statements before. You will get 2 statements: 1 for hospital bills and 1 for physician bills. For example, if you have an X-ray, you will get a hospital bill for the cost of the service. You will also get a physician bill for the doctor who reviews your X-ray.
Understanding physician (doctor) and hospital (facility) bills.
You will need your paper statement to pay. It will include the amount you owe, your medical record number (MRN), and instructions on how to pay. It will also include the website URL you will need to pay your bill. Hospital bills and physician bills each have their own website URL. You won’t have to pay the whole amount at once unless you choose to.
