Current Research Interest 

Alli is interested in understanding the genetic and epigenetic underpinnings of various cancers. She works with Dr. Ronglai Shen and Caroline Kostrzewa as an analyst for the InterMEL consortium, which aims to characterize the molecular components of tumors associated with survival in early stage melanoma patients. Alli primarily analyzes high-dimensional genomic and epigenomic data. She also works with Dr. Kay See Tan on various projects in the thoracic surgery unit, with a focus on improving grade and stage classifications for lung adenocarcinomas.
