Anthony Jeffrey is an Australian clinical and laboratory hematologist working as a visiting investigator in the Cellular Therapies Service and Shouval Lab at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Sydney, graduating with first-class honours and the University Medal. He completed hematology training at Royal North Shore and Royal Prince Alfred Hospitals in Sydney, followed by subspecialization in cellular therapies at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
His current research includes translational studies to identify biomarkers of CAR T-cell therapy outcomes and real-world clinical research through the Shouval Lab and the Australian CAR-T (AusCART) Consortium, with a particular interest in patient selection. He is supported by a scholarship from the NorthStar Van Norton Poche Foundation.
