Translation services are available at all times for any patient whose primary language is not English. These services are available either in person or by telephone. Sometimes our international patients need translation services prior to coming to New York. For example, they may need medical information translated into English before they make an appointment. Memorial Sloan Kettering cannot provide this service, but the following private translators are available for hire. They require that you email or fax your document to them for a price estimate before they accept an assignment. Translations can typically be completed within 24 hours.
